Since launching in March of 2025, the response has blown us away. People have waited outside the shop before we open, lines have stretched out the door, with some customers waiting up to an hour just to try that delicious Strawberry Tarragon Matcha.

Our goal is to expand hours and seating in the shop - which means more space, better service, shorter waits, and the chance for more people to enjoy what you've help us start. Stay tuned for updates!
