We do not accept returns on vintage or sale items. Beauty products and perfumes/candles cannot be returned if they've been open or appeared to be used/tested.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags.
FOR IN STORE PURCHASES
You may return unused/unworn items for store credit within 5 business days of purchase. Our business days are Tuesday-Sunday.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Please submit your return within 5 days of receiving item. The 5 day return window starts the day the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We have the right to refuse a return if it's submitted after the 5 day window has passed. If, for some reason, you cannot submit your return within that timeframe, please contact us at sales@dearsocietyshop.com BEFORE OR WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY and let us know your reason; we may consider making an exception on a case by case basis, but it's not guaranteed.
*To start the return process, log into your account and select the order you would like to return. From there, select the "Request Return" button and fill out the information. Once approved, please ship back the return within 4 days. Packages postmarked 5+ days after the return has been approved will be subject to a 10% restocking fee or denial of the return. Please be sure to check your inbox and/or spam folder for the return label after requesting a return, to ensure you send it back on time.
