ABOUT THE JOB:

Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, helping them find pieces they'll love

Style customers and offer outfit recommendations that fit their taste and needs

Build genuine, lasting connections with clients that keep them coming back

Help create social media content that feels cohesive with the Dear Society brand

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store

Process transactions and support fitting room and stockroom needs

Stay current on new arrivals and the latest fashion trends that are inspiring the store buyer

Work as part of a small team to hit sales and customer service goals

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must be 18 years or older

Weekend availability required

Passion for fashion, styling, and retail

Comfortable in front of the camera or contributing to social content

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude

Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
