SIZING
- Heel height: 7cm
- Height (including insole): 8cm
- St Agni sizing converts to US sizing as follows: 40 = US 9, 39 = US 8, etc.
CARE
- Natural Leather Protector is recommended before wear. Use a good quality leather conditioner or protective spray to treat the product to increase its durability.
- Regularly clean leather with a soft brush or cloth, regularly air out leather, and where possible do not get leather wet. Blot away water or moisture as soon as possible, do not immerse leather in water to clean, do not dry wet leather with artificial heat like a radiator or hairdryer, do not machine wash leather, do not tumble dry leather, do not iron leather. Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid fading and avoid wet weather.
- Marks and variations in the leather are not considered a fault but are inherent to the natural beauty and uniqueness of the leather. When not in use we advise to store your St. Agni product in its protective bag and we recommend to continually treat it with a leather conditioner to keep it hydrated for a long life.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on vintage or sale items. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of package delivery. Items must be in new/unused condition, with the tags still attached. If those conditions are met, a refund will be given minus the $8.00 return label fee. Click here to read our full return policy.
SHIPPING
We typically ship all orders within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Mondays, if you need your order by a specific date, please let us know! All orders ship from Kansas City, MO.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer rush services via UPS & USPS. Check out shipping rates during check-out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship all international orders via USPS & UPS. Transit time will vary based on location. Check shipping rates and delivery dates in during check-out. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees incurred.

LOST PACKAGES:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Locating the package is the recipient's responsibility. Please make sure your shipping address, apartment numbers, etc. are correct when placing an order or returning a package.
