FEED at Dear Society - Fashion That Gives Back

Lauren Bush founded FEED in 2007 after her travels with the World Food Program gave her the opportunity to see the effects of hunger first hand. She had the simple idea to create products that would engage people in the fight against hunger in a tangible way.  With each bag you purchase, a corresponding number of school meals are given around the world. Research has shown that when children are given school meals, attendance doubles and performance improves. This can impact a child's life forever. For many children, a school lunch is the only meal they receive all day.

We were so happy when FEED contacted Dear Society to help spread the word about their mission and carry their beautiful goods in store this holiday season. As hard as it is for many of us to imagine, hunger is a daily reality for 795 million people around the world.

Your purchases of FEED products at Dear Society have already helped raise 1185 meals! but we still have some work to do. Would you consider giving with an impact this holiday season? What better way to spoil a loved one than with a beautiful bag that also impacts those in need. That's like double the giving!

Here are a few of the products we have in stock at Dear Society:
