Maison Louis Marie was founded on the principles of composing clean luxury fragrances while doing good for our planet. We joined 1% for the Planet because we believe the world needs us now more than ever—it's time to take responsibility.
1% for the Planet inspires people to support environmental organizations through annual membership and everyday actions. They advise on giving strategies, certify donations, and amplify the impact of the network.
This pledge means that we will be donating 1% of our revenues towards environmental causes.
Moving forward, our first partner will be the National Forest Foundation who works closely with the US Forest Service to address the pressing needs of our forests by planting native trees in areas that are desperately in need. Through our contributions, we will be planting thousands of native trees on a monthly basis. Reforestation efforts directly impact the decrease of carbon in our atmosphere, forest health & resiliency, watershed health, and the protection of the habitats of thousands of species that depend on the National forest habitats.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on vintage or sale items. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of package delivery. Items must be in new/unused condition, with the tags still attached. If those conditions are met, a refund will be given minus the $8.00 return label fee. Click here to read our full return policy.
SHIPPING
We typically ship all orders within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Mondays, if you need your order by a specific date, please let us know! All orders ship from Kansas City, MO.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer rush services via UPS & USPS. Check out shipping rates during check-out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship all international orders via USPS & UPS. Transit time will vary based on location. Check shipping rates and delivery dates in during check-out. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees incurred.
*Transit times do not include time spent in Customs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LOST PACKAGES:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Locating the package is the recipient's responsibility. Please make sure your shipping address, apartment numbers, etc. are correct when placing an order or returning a package.
