HOW TO USE
Apply a few drops of moisturizer (we like the Deep Serum for this) to the area you wish to massage. With gentle pressure, move the Bian stone in upward motions.
We recommend that you use the spoon-shaped side of this stone face tool to massage along the cheekbones, temples, jawline, and neck. Finish your routine with cooling and de-puffing of the eye area. You can also use the ballpoint end along your eyebrows, under-eye area, lip area, and any other stressed areas.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on vintage or sale items. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of package delivery. Items must be in new/unused condition, with the tags still attached. We typically ship all orders within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Mondays, if you need your order by a specific date, please let us know! All orders ship from Kansas City, MO.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship all international orders via USPS & UPS. Transit time will vary based on location. Check shipping rates and delivery dates in during check-out. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees incurred.
*Transit times do not include time spent in Customs.

LOST PACKAGES:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Locating the package is the recipient's responsibility. Please make sure your shipping address, apartment numbers, etc. are correct when placing an order or returning a package.
