Eleven People is a candle manufacturing and design studio created in 2019 by Nicolás García and Carlos Martinez
Based in Asturias, Spain, they make each of their wax bars by hand throughout the entire manufacturing process. They do not contain preservatives or petroleum derivatives. They are cruelty free and 100% vegan.
Eleven People's aromas are inspired by nature and made with phthalate-free botanical oils.
Eleven People is an eco-conscious company that seeks to minimize its environmental impact by choosing to use recyclable packaging and shipping materials with as little plastic as possible.
SHIPPING
We typically ship all orders within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Mondays, if you need your order by a specific date, please let us know! All orders ship from Kansas City, MO.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer rush services via UPS & USPS. Check out shipping rates during check-out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship all international orders via USPS & UPS. Transit time will vary based on location. Check shipping rates and delivery dates in during check-out. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees incurred.
*Transit times do not include time spent in Customs.

LOST PACKAGES:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Locating the package is the recipient's responsibility. Please make sure your shipping address, apartment numbers, etc. are correct when placing an order or returning a package.
